1. In-House Dining Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your meal while dining at our restaurant, please inform our staff immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, whether that’s offering you a replacement dish or a partial refund.
2. Online Orders and Delivery
For online orders and deliveries, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement for the incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for online orders must be made as soon as possible, preferably before the order is prepared. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to offer a cancellation.
